WFR was created in 1997 with a view to increase productivity, safety and morale within the workplace. Since that time WFR's Healthy Lifestyle Program™ product has evolved to include program modules; encompassing Health, Fitness, Injury, Risk and Team.

WFR possesses a highly skilled and experienced team of Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists, with a team of health and medical associates to support our clients needs. Our clients come from a broad range of industries including Mining, Energy, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Corporate and the Public Sector.
