a new health challenge!
WFR are celebrating the 100th Tour De France event with our new health and fitness challenge...Tour de Fitness!
In our new event, teams of four are encouraged to get together and increase the amount of walking, running or cycling they do over 6 weeks. Every minute of exercise completed is converted into race kilometres that are recorded online. You complete against your colleagues to see who can complete the most race kilometres.
Tour de Fitness can be run at any time of the year and on-site visits are not required, allowing the challenge to be easily promoted and coordinated with assistance from WFR.
