Operation Lift is WFR's proactive task assessment and analysis program that aims to identify, analyse, and control risk on site by attentioning high risk tasks. Operation Lift assists the HR Department wth recruitment and job profiling, and the OHS Department with hazard identification, risk management and return-to-work processes. Job Dictionaries and Job Role Profiles can be created for the client utilising the data collection. Operation Lift is a positive and injury preventative initiative, and once implemented fully on site will not only assist in keeping the workforce safe, but also provide education and awareness to the employee group to better perform their tasks safely and correctly.
